Reception

Welcome reception will start at 19:00 on May 20, at the conference room A, B, and C.

Excursion

We are planning the excursion to Nara which is an ancient capital city. Buses for the excursion will leave the conference hotel at 13:00 on May 22. Please be at the gate of the conference hotel by that time. After the excursion, the buses take all excursion attendees to the banquet site. 

Banquet

Banquet will be held at Taiko-en (9-10 Amijima- cho, Miyakojima-ku, Osaka) from 18:30 on May 22. For people not attending the excursion, another bus to the banquet site leaves the conference hotel at 17:00.
