PAKDD 2009 Thai Track Session
This year, we would like to call for papers from Thailand for Thai Track Session, a POSTER session. A high-quality paper is invited to submit to the Thai Track Session at PAKDD 2009.
** Few selected excellent papers will be published in LNCS series **
The session will be parallelled with PAKKDD main conference.
The 13th Pacific-Asia Conference on Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining (PAKDD-09) is a major international conference in the areas of data mining and knowledge discovery.
The Thai track session facilitates Thai researchers and practitioners in all KDD-related areas to share their new ideas, original research results and practical development experiences with international researchers and experts. The topics include data mining, data warehousing, machine learning, databases, statistics, knowledge acquisition and automatic scientific discovery, data visualization, causal induction and knowledge-based systems.
The conference website is at http://www.pakdd2009.org/thaitrack

We do not limit to papers related with Thai language.
Proceedings will be published by local publishers first and few excellent papers will be selected to a volume of LNCS/LNAI series. Each paper should consist of a cover page with title, authors’ names, postal and email address, an up to 200-words abstract, up to 5 keywords and a body not longer than 10 single-spaced pages with font size at most 11 pts.
Authors are strongly encouraged to use Springer’s manuscript submission guidelines (available at http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html) for their initial submissions. All papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format only to pakdd2009@siit.tu.ac.th with the subject of "Thai Track Paper for PAKDD 2009".
Detailed instructions will be available at the conference website http://www.pakdd2009.org/thaitrack. The submitted papers must not be published or under consideration to be published elsewhere.
