- Conference venue
PAKDD 2005 will be held at Melia hotel. The opening session, keynote and
invited talks as well as several technical sessions and workshops will
be held at ballroom 1 and ballroom 2 (first floor). Other sessions are
in function rooms 3, 4, 6, and 7 (second floor). See the conference brochure
and the floor plans for details.
- Facilities at the conference rooms
All rooms are equipped with a laptop, a digital projector connected to
the laptop. Please make your presence known to the session chair before
your session starts, to copy (from USB stick) and check your slides on
the conference laptop, and be present during the entire session in which
your presentation is scheduled. Speakers who use overhead projector should
contact the local chair in advance.
- Presentation time
The presentation time for each regular paper is 25 minutes and for each
short paper is 15 minutes, including questions.
